Advancing a culture of belonging requires leading by example. This doesn’t mean you’re an expert in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Being an inclusive leader means you are self-aware of what you don’t know, courageous enough to ask questions, prepared to listen, and eager to learn.
Most of all, being an inclusive leader means you are willing to lead before feeling fully prepared. Scary, I know. The Inclusive Leaders Roundtable is here to support you!
