We started our DEI journey with a vision to create a greater sense of belonging for our employee owners. Beth Ridley helped us find a balanced approach aligning to our core values and corporate culture. She did a wonderful job helping us to be curious and seek to understand other viewpoints. She set us up for success to strengthen our DEI competencies throughout our organization. We are continuing our journey through an employee-led DEI committee creating a stronger sense of belonging across all diversities.
