Meet Beth Ridley
Beth is a workplace culture consultant and the founder of Ridley Consulting Group. With a background in management consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton and leadership roles at Northwestern Mutual, she’s seen firsthand what happens when the strategy changes but it doesn’t affect a team’s daily work.
That gap is exactly what she built RCG to close — through practical, repeatable approaches that help leaders build stronger team culture without adding more to anyone’s plate.
Small Shifts. Real Results.
Most organizations’ culture problem isn’t because they don’t care. They have a culture problem because culture work keeps landing back on HR, while leaders are busy, inconsistent, or unsure how to turn expectations into daily behavior. Engagement surveys get done. Results get discussed. But not much changes.
The Small Shifts, Stronger Teams™ framework is built around a different idea: that meaningful culture change doesn’t require a big initiative. It requires leaders who know how to show up consistently — in meetings, in feedback conversations, in the small moments that shape how a team feels about their work.
What Changes Once It's Working
- Leaders address team issues earlier and more constructively
- Teams have more honest, productive conversations
- Employees feel more heard, valued, and respected
- Visible follow-through after feedback is gathered
- Stronger accountability and consistency across teams
- A culture that employees and customers can actually feel
Built for Organizations Like Yours
We work with HR leaders, CHROs, and senior leadership teams at mid-size organizations who are doing meaningful work but running into the same wall: culture keeps falling back on HR to own, reinforce, and sustain.
They’re not looking for another big initiative. They’re looking for a practical way to help leaders take ownership of the team experience they create every day.
You might be in the right place if:
- Your engagement surveys identify the same issues year after year without much changing
- Leaders are aware of culture expectations but aren't consistently acting on them
- Team issues, conflict, and communication problems keep getting escalated to HR
- You want leaders across the organization to behave more consistently — without adding more to everyone's plate
- You're ready to move culture from something HR talks about to something teams actually practice
Here are some examples of organizations who have made the small shifts that make their teams stronger.
